Creating a Compassionate Work Place; Self and Relationship Awareness
16 January
The Midlands

This workshop will focus on behaviours and the motives that drive our behaviours, building greater self-awareness but also more empathy for the values and needs of others. Day to day life comes with stress and conflict, even in environments where everyone likes each other. We will measure the motives behind the behaviours when conditions are going well and when conditions involve the different stages of conflict. The session will also cover understanding your strengths and how they can be perceived by others. Recognising that there are times when we need to use different behaviours based on the situation, our motives, and the motives of our colleagues.

Email shaunam@mia-uk.org to register your interest.
