The events and hospitality industry constantly faces the issue of high staff turnover, add this to the current concerns surrounding BREXIT; which will impact the many venues that employ professionals from the rest of Europe, and we have an industry issue that deserves attention.

Although growth within the industry is the direction we need to be heading, this often presents many other challenges for events and hospitality recruiters as talent is in greater demand. This puts further pressure on organisations to create new ways of continuing to attract the right people.
