This Business Breakfast we have Ben Barnes from Top Banana looking at how technology needs to fit seamlessly into the event flow, making sure that technology/digital is only used at points when it makes things simpler and better as an experience. 

Digital can be the most effective tool in the events toolkit, but without a great user experience it can also be the costliest mistake and most ineffective way to engage and interact with your audience. This session will help you learn how to understand and deliver great digital user experience for your events. Zero digital or technical background knowledge is required … in fact the less technical the better! Digital developers and technology experts are great at making the technology happen, but for it to be intuitive and user friendly, it takes those with non-technical minds to ensure the average Joe can conquer the all-important navigation. Technology needs to be accessible for everyone, not just those tech savvy millennials, and user experience makes or breaks the experience.

Attendees will takeaway from this session 10 practical, simple things you can do to improve user experience in your event technology, minimal, or in some cases, no developers or budget required! Win, win!
