proposals ensuring that customers see beyond just the price and recognise the overall value of your
offer. We will discuss negotiable items and conversion tactics as well as sharing tried and tested hints
and tips.

Starting in catering and hotel operations 35 years ago; Jo moved on to front-line selling and is now a senior sales leader, coach and trainer within the MICE sales environment. These experiences allow
her to promote a holistic approach to sales excellence within both proactive and reactive environments. Jo has been recognised by the MIA and C&IT Magazine for her work.
