There’s so much more to winning work in our industry than just having a great offering. You need to be able to identify, understand and respond to client requirements through a written bid or proposal; ensuring the benefits, unique selling points and advantages of your offering are clear to the end client. During this new mia workshop with Katy Berrill from Bid and Tender Support you will go through a proven process of preparing for and writing a winning bid, including all of the elements you need to factor in to make the ‘writing’ bit as easy as possible!

About the Speaker

Katy Berrill has worked for a wide range of Clients on Bid Management, Writing, Reviewing, Strategy and Training. Katy specialises in helping Organisations with an overall strategic approach to improving their win rate through successful bid writing. She helps organisations to identify changes and improvements in the processes and procedures used by the Bid Team/Individuals. Katy is a member of APMP (Association of Proposal Management Professional) which demonstrates a commitment to best practice in this field, which enables her to share some of her top tips for writing successful bids.
