With over 30 years of experience in sales positions within the hospitality industry, Gavin Percy is well equipped to offer coaching and mentoring to the industry.  Gavin specialises in assessing and improving sales performance and sales process to have a positive impact on companies’ revenue.

Since 2013, Gavin has been running ‘Winning Edges Consultancy Limited’ a Sales, Marketing and Training Consultancy mainly for the hospitality industry. A large part of this training involves meetings and event conversion training that has proven to have a positive impact for the organisations that have attended his sessions.
