Having seen a pipeline worth £250,000 swiftly disintegrate, the Oddity team rallied, pivoted, remained positive and got through it, all the while being a newly formed team adapting to working from home and pivoting offerings to make events virtual. Delivery of a successful virtual Lunch and Learn series saw industry specialists come together in a community knowledge sharing exercise. Lizzy spearheaded the project, giving the team, and wider network of peers and colleagues, something positive and productive to focus on early in lockdown.
