09:45-10:45 Opening keynote – Andy Lopata explores the importance of seeing things differently. This will be a very interactive session with meaningful conversations taking place between attendees as Andy empowers you to truly understand the different perspectives in the room. This is a brand new presentation that Andy has created specifically for MIA Connect following conversations at the London Connect meeting in January.

10:45- 11:20 Session & Panel Debate – What is the status quo in the sometimes-complex world of commissions? Jacqui Kavanagh leads this session which includes a moderated panel discussion: Andrew Deakin (Conference Care), Jon Kelly (Meet and Potato) and Justine Meek (Warwick Conferences)
