A Wellbeing manager is so powerful to have on hand for your team.

Especially if you’ve seen and felt the impact of them struggling. But, managing the team’s wellbeing is hard when it’s not your day job. Stress Matters are here to make it easy. Rather than hiring a Wellbeing Manager for a £50k salary, you simply pay for what you need and they take all the admin off your hands. They’re your outsourced Wellbeing Manager - on your side, but not on your payroll

Stress matters find out how your team members are doing through our diagnostic tools. The results enable them to develop the right strategic approach. They then implement the necessary workplace wellbeing initiatives and support programmes on the following levels –

Mental Health First Aid Training (MHFA) -

MHFA training is proven to increase confidence in managing mental health and supporting others with their mental health, too. In a world where poor wellbeing is costing businesses on average £1,700 per employee per year, we want to help you get this figure under control.

Stress Matters are accredited by MHFA England, the governing body of MHFA training. That means you get access to accredited adult courses. In addition, they also go above and beyond with our workplace wellbeing specialists, ensuring they’re integrated and managed properly on a day to day basis.

Stress Matters offer a range of Mental Health Training raning from:

  • Public MHFA courses - good for individulas or small teams
  • Private in-house MHFA training - good for larger companies and groups who are wanting to train more than 10 individuals
  • MH Awarness Course - When you want to create mental health awareness amongst your team or you want to understand a little more about it for yourself, the Aware course might be just right for you.
  • Mental Health For Line Managers - This is the ONE if you want to ensure your Managers have the skills to support their team’s mental health. This, in turn, limits the number of support requests coming through to HR.
