Event Terms and Conditions

How to Book:

You can book our events by simply filling in your details online or calling us on 0345 230 5508 and stating the event title and date.

Payment can be made by the following methods:

 Full payment for events must be made in advance of the event date.

Refunds & Cancellation policy:

If you need to cancel a booking, providing written notice is received seven days prior to the event, a full refund will be made. Within seven days of the event no refund will be made (with the exception of Agent Days, Agent Dinners and the miaList of which the notification period is 14 days).  If no notice of cancellation is received, no refund can be made. We reserve the right to cancel any event. In this case, the full fee will be refunded unless a mutually convenient transfer can be arranged.

Delegates with Special Needs:

We aim to offer fully accessible events to all delegates. Please help us to accommodate any specific individual needs by informing us in advance by email.

If you have a special dietary requirement or a food allergy, please inform us in writing when booking to attend the event. We will then inform the venue of your requirement or allergy. We will contact you to discuss this as necessary.

Data Protection:

Information provided by you will be processed by us and used for the purpose of the goods and services ordered by you, and for billing accounts. If you do not want to hear about similar events and services provided by the mia, please indicate on the form in the space supplied. We are not, as a body, responsible for the views or opinions expressed by individual authors or speakers.
