There is no doubt that Christmas can be a challenging time for the hospitality industry. Be that the pressures of putting something in place at short notice, the pressure to maximise sales of existing packages, reassuring customers and getting them to make a decision or simply managing the demands of a business with new or borrowed staff from other areas.

This 90 minute online workshop delivered by Curve Sales Solutions and Hotel Advantage Ltd. will support sales and operations teams to communicate more effectively, maximise revenue, prepare and plan, increase team engagement, ensure every guest has a cracking Christmas and set solid foundations for Christmas 2022.

By the end of the session, participants will be able to analyse performance, improve the festive offering, communicate effectively, plan costs and expenses, liaise with suppliers, have efficient team scheduling, manage the sales process effectively, up-sell as a team in order to maximise revenue and ensure a smooth guest journey from start to finish to encourage repeat custom.
