Starting in catering and hotel operations 35 years ago; Jo moved on to front-line selling and is now a senior sales leader, coach and trainer within the MICE sales environment. These experiences allow her to promote a holistic approach to sales excellence within both proactive and reactive environments. Jo has been recognised by the MIA and C&IT Magazine for her work.
