About James Lee

James has worked in the hospitality sector for over 25 years, specialising in sales and business development. He has spent 14 of those years as a speaker, coach and trainer and has first-hand experience of how important relationships are. James is a qualified trainer with the CiPD and was a fellow of the ISMM as was and has worked with hundreds of organisations to help them grow their business.
