The Sofa of Truth!

Jackie Mulligan uncovers the truth about leadership, warts and all, in an interactive session designed to get you thinking about your own leadership style, sharing real leadership problems and identifying your own leadership aspirations on a whirlwind tour of tea bags and honey beer and thirsty treks across the Sahara. Joining her on the sofa to share their stories, lessons learned and the really bad and difficult bits about leading teams, companies and change will be Hannah Rhodes, founder of Hiver Beers, Tea Monkey founder and serial entrepreneur Tracey Bovingdon and full time change management consultant and part time adventurer Geoff Major. They all invite you to learn from their mistakes as well as get a few tasty insights into how to lead from the top, middle and the bottom.
