Low Cost Exhibiting at Event UK for MIA Members

The MIA Pavilion at Event UK, which takes place on 21st 22nd September at the NEC, Birmingham, offers an opportunity for our members to exhibit at the show at a much reduced rate.  This year, the pavilion has been redesigned with a stylish and contemporary new look that improves its visibility to attract more visitors.

The cost of exhibiting at Event UK within the MIA Pavilion is just £1400+VAT. Event UK is the largest events show outside of London, bringing buyers and venues from all over the country together. Exhibiting within the pavilion is a great way to engage your target market and be recognised as upholding the MIA’s Best Practice proposition of value, quality and excellent service, a significant benefit which enhances their brand.

MIA Pavilion
The new look MIA Pavilion has an open plan format which allows considerably more space for talking to stand visitors. The back wall in each stand is 1m wide and members will be provided with lighting, counter, stool, fingerboard and graphics, as well as an exclusive meetings area contained within the middle of the pavilion, retained exclusively for member’s use only.

A stand within the MIA Pavilion provides all you need to make an impact on the show’s attendees, which are expected to number in their thousands.  In 2009 Event UK attracted organisers of meetings, conferences, exhibitions, experiential marketing, product launches, awards and charity events, with 3,657 ABC audited total attendance.
