London Capital Club – Sales Team

Dedicated and hard working team and also an essential team of the club. They are always willing to go the extra mile, greatly improved customer satisfaction, with maintaining good standards and repeat business. The whole team with the F&B and the kitchen team coming together to drive this sales​. They have been absolutely fantastic with turning things round. With their hard-work and dedication the club has got into a good position and we want this to continue as a team.

The whole team is focused on getting repeat business and to keep on trying new techniques so that the customers and the clients leave the club with high satisfaction. Searcys at The Gherkin – Sales Team

The newly formed sales team at the Gherkin have hit the ground running. Looking after both the private dining rooms, the main event space in the Gherkin’s famous dome as well as the restaurant and bar the sales team are responsible for driving business into all areas. With a strong work ethic, enthusiasm and the pure joy of working in one of London’s most iconic building the sales team move from strength to strength, pushing targets and delivering world class customer service.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Towcester Racecourse  – Hospitality Team

Our team manage their work exceptionally well together, from initial point of contact through to service delivery and the final goodbye at the end of the event.  Our team remains diligent in their roles, consistently providing a professional,  polite and bespoke service to each of our guests and this service is delivered seamlessly throughout the customer journey.

The Towcester team was recruited for attitude and personality 27 months ago with an average age of 17 for the majority this was their first job and for a few it has become their career Tom, Kieran And Rosie pictured on the front row joined in November 2014 and have worked their way through to be full time members of the hospitality team whom are responsible for £2m catering sales a year .

Our customer comments are testament to their professionalism – “First class, friendly, polite and courteous nothing is too much trouble “ are words that I regularly hear to describe the team I am extremely proud of and would encourage you to vote for.

I was given this amazing opportunity when I joined the team, and set out to develop a food and service offering that surpassed other sporting venues. Service was to be seamless with my team to exceed guest expectation at every level this award would be well deserved and a great accolade for them to achieve.

 

York Conferences – Conference Team

The York Conferences team are dedicated to delivering fantastic events and are continuously complimented on their attention to fine detail and how much time and care they take in listening to exactly what is required. However, it is what happens behind the scenes that really makes their work stand out from other companies. They pride themselves on helping The University of York take care of its environment and do everything they can to keep it green and look after the campus wildlife. Each morning the squirrels, wild rabbits and birdlife are fed and looked after and even in holiday periods the staff members come in to make sure that they don’t go short. Green checklists are provided with each contract to encourage our customers to ‘go green’ and continuous ideas such as our ‘bee and bug’ hotel are introduced to keep the surroundings thriving. Delegates continuously mention how stunning the campus is and how the scenery and wildlife add a special and unique touch to their event without realising the work that has gone in to keeping the environment that way. I honestly felt it was my duty to bring this to everyone’s attention at mia as I truly believe that they deserve this award for going above and beyond.
