Whilst we are a small team, we have an abundance of expertise, passion and personality, traits that I hope make us a pleasure for all types of suppliers to work in partnership with.
We take great pride in the work we do and focus on being honest, approachable and innovative, working tirelessly for both our clients and our suppliers to promote best practice and drive our industry forward.
We’re used to working behind the scenes, so it would be a wonderful testament to the team’s efforts to win this award and be celebrated front of stage for a change!

Venues Of Excellence
The Venues of Excellence team are delighted with the progress they have made over the last 12 months and have received excellent feedback from our member venues.
GROWTH – It has been a really successful year and we have increased our membership by over 31%, with 12 new venue members in 12 months incorporating a diverse range of venues, which means a 20% increase in overall marketing spend for the next membership year.
EDUCATION – Launching a Learning & Development Academy delivered by industry experts, and in 12 months we have trained over 140 delegates
EVENTS – Our member events have been very well received with high quality industry guest speakers and our Annual Conference received excellent feedback on its content and delivery.
MEMBER BENEFITS – Our Membership Engagement process has been improved with a dedicated Membership Manager, making us more responsive and helping to deliver great initiatives for Members including a relaunch of our Preferred Supplier programme to help members save money and using the fees to put back into marketing our venues.
TEAM EXPERIENCE – All of the highly experienced team offer years of industry experience, a vast array of contacts to introduce to our members and now work remotely to save costs for the organisation.
SALES & MARKETING INITIATIVES – we have seen a fantastic increase in referrals from venues and conversion to members, plus implemented a Conference Agency & Association Awareness working parties to help promote our venues nationally, and our attendance at key Trade Show have helped to build awareness of the brand.
