Event Terms & Conditions
How to Book:
Simply call us on 0345 230 5508 and state the event title & date of the event you wish to attend.
Full payment for events must be made in advance of the event date.
In the event of cancellation and provided that written notice is received seven days prior to the event, a full refund will be made. Within 7 days of the event no refund will be made (with the exception of Agent Days, Agent Dinners and the miaList of which the notification period is 14 days). If no notice of cancellation is received, no refund can be made. The mia reserves the right to cancel any event. In this case, the full fee will be refunded unless a mutually convenient transfer can be arranged.
Delegates with Special Needs:
The mia aims to offer fully accessible events to all its delegates. Please help us to accommodate any individual needs that you may have by informing us by email.
If you have a special dietry requirement or a food allergy please inform the mia in writing when booking to attend the event. The mia will the inform the venue of your requirement or allergy. We will contact you to discuss this as necessary.
Information provided by you will be processed by the mia and used for the purpose of the goods and services ordered by you, and for billing accounts. If you do not want to hear about similar events and services provided by the mia, please indicate on the form in the space supplied. The mia is not, as a body, responsible for the views or opinions expressed by individual authors or speakers.
