AIM is endorsed by Visit Britain, Visit England, Visit Wales, the Association of British Professional Conference Organisers and MPi.  Each of these well respected UK bodies endorses it because it is a robust standard that clearly distinguishes quality meetings, conference and events venues.

Confidence

AIM is a brand that gives confidence to buyers because it:

• Checks legal compliance, in other words it makes sure that all relevant acts are complied with including health & safety, food hygiene, sex, race and disability discrimination.

• It ensures that a strict business code of conduct is followed that insists on openness, decency and ethics which means that all invoices and billing arrangements are totally transparent, that all marketing material and promotional literature is accurate and that appropriate contract terms are clearly set out.

At a Gold level accredited venue you can expect 1st class facilities with the very highest levels of service reflected throughout from your first welcome to your final goodbye. Silver Level, venues have:

• proven that they are legally compliant
• assessed their facilities and achieved a minimum score against the criteria of 60%
• signed and comply with the Meetings CODE
• completed a stringent on site assessment of their customer service levels and been awarded the Silver standard of excellence

At a Silver level accredited venue you can expect an exceptional level of facilities with excellent service levels that are reflected throughout from your first welcome to your final goodbye.   You can expect catering to be of a very good quality and you can expect staff to be efficient and helpful and you can expect all of this at a price reflective of the quality of the venue and service.

Entry Level, venues and service providers have:

• proven that they are legally compliant
• assessed their facilities and achieved a minimum score against the criteria of 60%
• signed and  confirmed that they comply with the Meetings CODE

At an entry level accredited venue you can expect a good level of facilities in a fit for purpose venue at an honest price.
