Sundial Group’s two business hotels, Highgate House in Northamptonshire and Woodside in Warwickshire, have earned a 2017 TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence in recognition of providing exceptional customer service, an accolade received now for seven consecutive years.
Celebrating excellence in hospitality, the Certificate of Excellence is awarded to businesses that have earned great traveller reviews on TripAdvisor in the past year, and is only given to establishments that have continually delivered a superior customer experience.
Some of the comments that contributed to the Certificates of Excellence include:
“I regularly stay at Woodside for work and always find the staff extremely obliging and efficient. I’m pretty mean when it comes to paying for overnight stays, but I’d rather spend a little extra for the quality of what Woodside offers.”
“We chose Highgate House for our Golden Wedding Celebration and we were not disappointed. Great food, excellent accommodation and friendly, attentive staff. We could not have chosen anywhere better.”
“I’ve never stayed at a hotel where whoever the staff are; cleaners, cooks, waitresses, grounds men, receptionists, etc. all said hello and asked how our day was going. So friendly and welcoming and the food was amazing.”
“The conference facilities are first class with highly efficient organising. Every single member of staff I have encountered over the last three days has been a real pleasure to engage with. Nothing is too much trouble!”
Sundial Group’s Managing Director, Tim Chudley, said:
“It’s a great honour to receive the Certificates of Excellence for the seventh year in a row. The accolades are testament to the hard work of our teams at both hotels who are committed to providing an outstanding customer experience for both business and leisure guests.”
