99 City Road has recently launched a new registration system at their conference centre in the heart of London’s Tech City.
The award-winning venue has installed the state-of-the-art Snafflz system to provide a seamless and streamlined service for clients, replacing the traditional time-consuming paper printout system.
To take advantage of the new system, clients must send an Excel document with attendee names in advance of the event, which can then be loaded in to the Snafflz system prior to their arrival. iPads are then used to check in all visitors and delegates electronically, and the system springs into action, syncing all data with all relevant devices, providing visitor’s arrival times, giving the number of check-ins and keeping you abreast of all other relevant information.
99 City Road Conference Centre Manager, Sandra Wilson, said: “We are constantly reviewing client feedback and making innovations designed to enhance our customer service and ensure we are staying up-to-date with technology. The Snafflz system is a perfect example of that and is already proving to be a real boon to visitors.
“The new system has already proved its value by speeding up and streamlining the whole registration process, improving and speeding up the after-event reporting process and, of course, being more environmentally friendly by saving paper.
“It has also proved to be very effective at helping event organisers with their stress levels, since they can easily track when their speakers have arrived – worrying about your speaker being delayed is, in our experience, one of the main causes of high blood pressure for event organisers!”
99 City Road is located on Old Street Roundabout and boasts simple travel links. The venue for up to 300 people is superbly equipped to host virtually any type of event from conferences, exhibitions, meetings and seminars to receptions, lunches and dinners.
