BMA House is one of 11 London venues to be given a VenueVerdict Highly Commended Accreditation for 2016. This highlights the continual exemplary standards of customer service that BMA House provide to their clients.
The accreditation is based on the VenueVerdict customer feedback survey that BDRC Continental issued to the venue’s clients to gauge levels of satisfaction.

The Highly Commended Accreditation is given to those properties recording a Net Promoter Score of +60 or higher from 40 or more client responses in the twelve-month period January to December 2016. The score is based on the clients’ ‘Likelihood to Recommend’ a venue so a high score suggests high client satisfaction with a venue.

For the period in question, VenueVerdict featured around 360 participating meeting venues and hotels in the UK and Ireland. The results were derived from just over 16,410 individual pieces of feedback.
