Annual conference for Europe, Africa and Middle East to take place at RAI Amsterdam with new concept underlining the company’s innovation and collaboration efforts
Karlsruhe, Germany (February 7, 2017) – The 2017 Ungerboeck EMEA
Conference will take place from March 13-14 at RAI Amsterdam in the Netherlands. Following the success of the 2016 conference in Stuttgart, Germany, the Ungerboeck team has added a variety of highlights to the 2017 conference in order to create an entirely new experience for their existing and future clients.
The 2017 conference is based on four pillars: Innovation – Exchange – Collaboration – Training. Each pillar represents a topic that will be reflected through sessions, training opportunities and social functions during the entire conference. Ungerboeck’s CEO & President Manish Chandak will kick off the conference with his Opening Keynote and give further insights into the product, roadmap and vision of Ungerboeck. Another highlight in 2017: The CEO of UFI, Kai Hattendorf, will hold a thought leadership session about “The Event Industry in Transformation”. He will look at current trends for the industry and elaborate on how they are addressed around the world.
The customer presentation track includes a session from the hosting venue RAI Amsterdam, a long-standing customer of Ungerboeck and one of the most prestigious and innovative convention and exhibition centers in Europe. Participants will get an inside look at how RAI Amsterdam is embracing digital transformation; they will be able to explore how different teams use Ungerboeck and how they successfully optimized their processes and tasks.
Furthermore, delegates will be able to share and exchange ideas with representatives from RAI Amsterdam. RAI Amsterdam is working in close collaboration with Ungerboeck on the development of new products such as the Exhibitor Service Center that has recently been released.
The idea of collaboration in the event and exhibition industry plays an important role in Ungerboeck’s business strategy and hence forms an essential part of the conference experience. Customers will have the opportunity to actively engage with Product Managers during Collaboration Sessions dedicated to the individual markets that Ungerboeck serves with its solutions: venues, conferences, exhibitions and CVBs.
The conference program will offer presentations on best practices and provide insights on new products. Intense training sessions with small groups have been scheduled for an optional bookable day after the conference: the Ungerboeck Training Academy. Ungerboeck users will have the opportunity to enrich their knowledge about dashboards, reports, venue operations and more.
Another innovation that has been added to the 2017 conference experience is the “Client Care Corner.” Clients will be able to discuss individual cases with Ungerboeck representatives, discuss tips and tricks for performance tuning or even plan their next technical upgrade. The first five clients coming to the Client Care Corner will get one free extended upgrade assistance.
