The Priory Rooms Meeting & Conference Centre is a unique not-for-profit venue in central Birmingham. Being a Quaker led company, their work is underpinned by strong values and includes a commitment to supporting the environment and giving back to their community. This gives customers, who come from all sectors, opportunities to combine their business meetings with supporting local projects and charities.

In July The Priory Rooms team raised funds for the nearby Birmingham Children’s Hospital Charity as part of the annual Big Bandage event. Staff wore bandages for the day, promoted the charity, offered cakes to customers and collected donations. A number of the team also joined forces with the hospital’s fundraising team to carry out morning and lunchtime collections in the city centre, encouraging passing commuters, busy working professionals and shoppers to donate.

All the Big Bandage funds raised will aid Birmingham Children’s Hospital Charity’s valuable work to improve the lives of the hospital’s young patients and their families. This includes their work to create the UK’s first centre for children with rare diseases, to provide coordinated care, treatment and support.

The Priory Rooms combines 1930s architecture and Quaker heritage, with modern, versatile meeting facilities, and is conveniently located in the heart of Birmingham. Find out more at:
